The Process

As soon as parents select Huxtable Education Group as the provider of supplemental educational services for their children, Huxtable Education Group will begin the process of collaborating with students' parents and classroom teachers. Next, parents and teachers will be asked to complete a survey that asks for detailed information on each student.
Huxtable Education Group will conference with parents and teachers to obtain recommendations and then administer a diagnostic assessment to uncover student gaps in reading/language arts or math .

After the diagnostic assessment results are calculated and an Individualized Learning Plan is developed and agreed upon by the parent, the parent, school district, and classroom teachers will receive a report of how Huxtable Education Group plans to bring each student closer to meeting end of year benchmark goals. Students are then put in the most appropriate placement that will nurture their strengths and target their weaknesses.

Huxtable Education Group instructors will provide parents and classroom teachers with progress reports to keep them informed of student growth throughout the instructional program.
